According to Item 1 of the Actions for development of cross-border cooperation for 2007 - 2010 given in appendix 1 to the State program of development of cross-border cooperation for 2007 - 2010 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2006 of N 1819, and Item 12 of the Tasks and actions for accomplishment of the State target right security program "Arrangement and Reconstruction of Frontier" for the period till 2015 given in appendix 1 to the State target right security program "Arrangement and Reconstruction of Frontier" for the period till 2015 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 13.06.2007 of N 831, for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for creation and functioning of zones of field service of persons and vehicles before check points through frontier for the international and interstate automobile communication I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on zone of field service of faces and vehicles before check points through frontier for the international and interstate automobile communication it (is applied).
2. To provide to management of border control and registration of Administration of State frontier service of Ukraine provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
3. To chiefs of regional governments, chiefs of bodies of protection of frontier of the State Border Service of Ukraine to organize finishing content of the Regulations on zone of field service of faces and vehicles before check points through frontier for the international and interstate automobile communication to the interested local executive bodies, local government bodies and to provide control of condition of its observance.
