1. Permit, according to the procedure of exception, Lukoil Uzbekistan Opereyting Company LLC:
develop the project documentation for construction of surface facilities of gas-condensate fields Adamtash, Gumbulak and Dzharkuduk - Yangi Kizilcha in single-stage procedure - based on the working project;
perform, within the normative term of designing of similar objects, development of the project documentation with parallel construction of surface facilities of gas-condensate fields Adamtash, Gumbulak and Dzharkuduk - Yangi Kizilcha.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for development, approval and approval of the project documentation on construction of surface facilities of gas-condensate fields Adamtash, Gumbulak and Dzharkuduk - Yangi Kizilcha of Southwest Gissar of the Republic of Uzbekistan within implementation of the Production sharing agreement according to appendix.
