1. Accept the offer of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources, NHK "Uzbekneftegaz", the Ministries of Economics and the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
about carrying out in 2010-2014 exploration works with opytnopromyshlenny production of barytic ores on prospective areas Oraylyk, Agata, Kichik-Arsagan, Karakiya, Guldurama and production organization on release, since 2014, barytic concentrate in the city of Angren to 15,0 of one thousand tons per year;
about the organization in the city of Almalyk of production for release of barytic concentrate, since 2010, to 15,0 of one thousand tons per year based on the barytic ores extracted on fields Sarybulak and Kushrabad.
2. Determine that:
exploration works on prospective areas Oraylyk, Agata, Kichik-Arsagan, Karakiya, Guldurama are carried out by the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources at the expense of budgetary funds;
production of barytic ores on the field Sarybulak and opytnopromyshlenny production on prospective areas Oraylyk, Agata, Kichikarsagan, Karakiya, Guldurama with production of barytic concentrate is performed at the expense of means of NHK "Uzbekneftegaz".
3. To the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan when forming annual programs of exploration works of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources for 2010-2014 to provide, within the allocated budgetary appropriations, funds for conducting exploration works on prospective areas, with approval in accordance with the established procedure of inventories of barytic ores.
