2. To provide to committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To department of administrative and legal work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bismildin F. B.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order after its state registration.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Voshchenkova T. A.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
