3. To council of commanders of Border troops together with the interested departments of the State Parties and bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States to prepare and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States the draft of the Actions plan on further implementation of the Concept of the approved boundary policy of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2011-2015.

4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
