About approval of the Development program of cotton-growing industry in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010-2014

2) to Recommend to banks of the Republic of Tajikistan to take equity part in accomplishment of the Development program of cotton-growing industry in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010-2014 by attraction of domestic and external investments and at the expense of own means.
3) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management to state-owned properties of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan for development of cotton growing for 2010-2014 to take specific measures for attraction of domestic and foreign investments for accomplishment of the above-stated Program.
4) to the Relevant ministries and departments to chairmen of areas, cities and areas, the companies, the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership to take measures for program implementation of development of cotton growing in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010-2014 and annually till February 1 to provide information on the done work in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
