1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on provision of the right to implementation of foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services).

2. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree RB of 08.04.2013 No. 164

2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree RB of 16.02.2012 No. 71

3. Recognize invalid:
