1. Approve Regulations on obligatory criteria and standard rates of sufficiency, diversifikovannost and quality of assets which provide insurance reserves on types of insurance by another, than life insurance which is applied.
2. To insurers who have the license(s) for implementation of types of insurance, others, than life insurance to bring the assets into accord with requirements of the specified Provision till December 31, 2009.
