being guided by the Agreement on creation of Economic union and the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on trade and economic cooperation in 1994,
proceeding from feasibility of preserving and development on long-term basis of specialization, cooperation and technologically interconnected productions,
recognizing need of joint development and implementation of target programs and projects of sci-tech cooperation for industries of fuel and energy complexes,
considering mutual interest of the Parties in effective use of source of raw materials, the organization of joint businesses and interstate companies in industries of fuel and energy complexes, creating favorable conditions for enhancement of the market relations between business entities,
agreed as follows:
The parties on the basis of mutual advantage, mutual assistance and non-admission of the actions causing economic damage each other will develop in every possible way cooperation in industries of fuel and energy complexes.
The parties determined the Ministry of Energy and Fuel of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation the state customers by mutual deliveries of fuel and energy resources and the major types of the quota and licensed products.
The parties will charge to the Ministry of Energy and Fuel of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation to determine annually amounts of the interconnected deliveries of products, the business entities responsible for realization of deliveries within this agreement. The reached agreements are drawn up by the protocols which are integral part of this agreement.
