being guided by the Agreement on the Union of Belarus and Russia of April 2, 1997, the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on creation of equal conditions to subjects of managing of December 25, 1998 and the Program of economic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation for 1999 - 2008, proceeding from the accepted Russian Side of the Structural adjustment program and economic growth in 1997 - 2000 and the Concept of industrial policy, and also from accepted by the Belarusian Side of the Concept and Development program of industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus for 1998 - 2015,

recognizing that the single structural industrial policy of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is component of economic policy of both states and represents package of measures, performed by the Parties for the purpose of ensuring stabilization and growth of industrial production on the basis of increase in its efficiency and product competitiveness of the states in the internal and external markets, and also forming of modern structure of national industrial complexes,

based on unity of the purposes and community of tasks in the field of development of industrial complexes of the Parties,

considering necessary approval of actions in the field of structural transformations to the industries of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus within the undertaken economic reforms,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will perform measures for carrying out single structural industrial policy on basis:

approvals of the priority directions of development of national industrial production during implementation of single industrial policy;
