being guided by the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999, the Concept of joint defense policy of Belarus and Russia approved by the decision of the Supreme Council of the Union of Belarus and Russia of January 22, 1998 N 4, and the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on joint ensuring regional security in the military sphere of December 19, 1997
based on the Contract between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on military cooperation of December 19, 1997,
proceeding from need of coordinated actions of the Parties for the benefit of ensuring management of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation,
agreed as follows:
The parties create the integrated communication system of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation (further - the integrated communication system) intended for ensuring exchange of all types of information in management system with regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
The integrated communication system represents organizational and technical consolidation of part of forces and means of communication of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus and is intended for joint use for the benefit of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
Authorized bodies of the Parties on implementation of this agreement are:
from the Russian Side - the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation;
from the Belarusian Side - the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus.
