About procedure for maintaining the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Public service of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to prepare and in accordance with the established procedure to submit the corresponding draft decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating accounting treatment for the regulatory legal acts containing the state secrets for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 4, 1997 No. 4 "About approval of Rules about procedure for preparation of drafts of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and regulatory legal acts of the ministries and administrative departments and other central executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 25, 1997 No. 249 "About entering of amendments into decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 9, 2000 No. 124 "About approval of Rules of preparation and state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, the state committees, state commissions, administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic, National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations and local government bodies";
