About some questions of practice of accomplishment of decisions, resolutions of economic courts of Ukraine
For the purpose of the correct and identical application of the Section XIV of the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (further - GPK) relatively about accomplishment of decisions, resolutions of economic courts the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine considers necessary to make such explanation.
1. According to Article 116 GPK accomplishment of the decision of economic court is performed based on the order issued to them which is the executive document. The order is issued to vzimatel or sent it after the introduction of the judgment to legal force. Therefore date of issue of the order shall match with date of the introduction of the decision of economic court in legal force according to requirements of Article 85 GPK, and effective period of the order shall correspond to Article 118 GPK according to which this term shall constitute three years.
