About establishment of the list of types and the scope of information of cadastral maps

According to part 4 of article 13 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 N 221-FZ "About the State Immovable Property Cadastre" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 31, Art. 4017; 2008, N 30, Art. 3597, Art. 3616; 2009, N 1, Art. 19; N 19, of Art. 2283; 3582) I order to N 29, of the Art.:

1. Establish the following types of cadastral maps depending on the purposes of their use:

public cadastral maps, held for use unrestricted group of people;

cadastral maps on duty, held for use body of the cadastral registration when implementing the state cadastral registration and maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre;

cadastral maps of the territories of municipalities, held for use local government bodies;

the cadastral maps of the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation representing set of cadastral maps of the territories of the municipalities located in borders of appropriate subjects of the Russian Federation, and held for use executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that the scope of information of the cadastral maps specified in Item 1 of this order is determined according to appendix to this order.

3. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2010.
