2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of FSKN of Russia of June 9, 2006 N 195 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of work on carrying out by monitoring bodies for drug trafficking and psychotropic substances of checks of the legal entities performing the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their precursors and strong substances and introduction of amendments to the order of FSKN of Russia of July 8, 2005 N 216" (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 17, 2006, registration N 8088);
