This Procedure determines procedure for granting of the state support to owners of objects who realize the projects directed to reducing amount of anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases according to Article 6 of the Kyoto protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention about climate change (further - the project), for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for attraction of additional investments for upgrade of national production.
