for the purpose of deepening of integration processes in Eurasian economic community and creations of custom union,

recognizing feasibility of carrying out coordinated policy in the field of accreditation,

being guided by the Agreement on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of technical regulation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures of January 25, 2008,

in view of rules and the principles of the Agreement on technical barriers in trade and Agreements on application of the sanitary and phytosanitary measures of the World Trade Organization taken following the results of the Uruguayan round of multilateral trade negotiations on April 15, 1994 to Marrakech

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The terms which specially are not determined in this agreement are used in the values established by the Agreement on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of technical regulation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures of January 25, 2008.

For the purposes of this agreement the national accreditation system is understood as the set of rules, procedures of accreditation system established by the state of the Party and its participants.
