About the international treaty and other regulatory legal acts in the field of application of sanitary measures in custom union

Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of governments solved:

1. Accept the Customs union agreement on sanitary measures it (is applied).

2. Hold the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the international treaty specified in Item 1 of this Decision till April 1, 2010.

3. To the governments of state members of custom union within Eurasian economic community together with the Commission of custom union till April 1, 2010 to prepare and approve projects:

- The single inventory, subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on customs border and customs area of custom union;

- The single document forms confirming safety of products (goods);

- Regulations on procedure of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) of the faces and vehicles crossing customs border of custom union, the controlled goods moved through customs border of custom union and on customs area of custom union;

- Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control).

Provide entry into force of the specified documents since July 1, 2010.

To provide the procedures excluding renewal by authorized bodies of the Parties of the documents issued to one of the Parties and the repeated laboratory researches (testing) confirming safety of products (goods), and also carrying out for this purpose in the specified documents.

Provide to the parties fixing of the specified regulation in agreements till April 1, 2010.

4. The commissions of custom union to prepare and submit for consideration of the regular meeting of Mezhgossovet of EurAsEC (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of governments the draft decision about transfer of the Commission of the powers provided by the international treaty specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
