agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote in every possible way expansion and strengthening of cooperation in the field of youth policy. The parties will aim to attract youth to cooperation program implementation in the field of economy, ecology, health care, education, culture, sport and tourism.

The parties will promote effective exchange of information in the field of youth policy, to carrying out in both countries of thematic seminars, conferences, consultations.

Article 3

The parties will encourage cooperation between the youth organizations for the purpose of acquaintance with cultural heritage, the current state of culture, literature and art through the organization of festivals of arts, tenders, exhibitions, tours of performing collectives and soloists, carrying out days of literature and art of two countries with participation of representatives of creative youth in tenders, evenings and other actions.

Article 4

The parties will promote expansion of contacts between young entrepreneurs and farmers, to holding joint seminars, projects implementation in the field of youth entrepreneurship.
