About international treaties and other regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation in custom union within Eurasian economic community

Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of governments solved:

1. Accept:

The agreement on the product circulation, the subject obligatory grade (confirmation) of compliance, on customs area of custom union (is attached);

The agreement on mutual recognition of accreditation of certification bodies (assessment (confirmation) of compliance) and test laboratories (centers) performing assessment works (confirmation) of compliance (is attached).

2. Hold the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the international treaties specified in Item 1 of this Decision till April 15, 2010.

3. Approve the Actions plan on realization of provisions of the Customs union agreements specified in Item 1 of this Decision it (is applied).

4. Determine that before enforcement of single form of the certificate of conformity, certificates of conformity on products of the states of custom union concerning which identical mandatory requirements, forms and schemes of certification are established and also are applied identical or comparable methods of researches (testing) and measurements of products, are renewed by certification body (assessment (confirmation) of compliance) of the state on which territory products, without carrying out supplementary procedures of certification are delivered.

5. Prepare and submit the commissions for consideration of the regular meeting of Mezhgossovet Evraziysky of economic community (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of governments the draft decision about transfer of the Commission of the powers provided by the international treaties specified in Item 1 of this Decision.

6. To the governments of state members of custom union within Eurasian economic community to take measures for preparation of changes in national legal systems for the purpose of reduction them till July 1, 2010 in compliance with the international treaties specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
