Approve Regulations of Presidium of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1. General provisions

1.1. According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About courts" and the economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Supreme Economic Court the Presidium of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan is effective.

1.2. The presidium of the Supreme Economic Court is formed of number of judges of the Supreme Economic Court in the quantity determined by the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court.

1.3. Meetings of Presidium are held at least once a month and are competent with most of members of Presidium.

1.4. Presidium of the Supreme Economic Court:

considers cases according to the procedure of supervision;

hears reports of chairmen of economic courts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas on the organization of work of economic courts;
