About court practice on execution of decisions of the courts (arbitration) of foreign states
Having considered materials of the generalization of court practice on recognition and carrying out of decisions of foreign judicial authorities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan prepared by judicial board, the Presidium of the Supreme Economic Court decides:
1. The overview of court practice about recognition and carrying out of decisions of foreign judicial (arbitral) authorities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take into consideration.
2. Distribute this overview to economic courts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Tashkent and areas for the purpose of uniform application in practical activities.
3. Prepare information in the Cabinet of Ministers and the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the solution of the questions arising in case of execution of decisions of the courts of foreign states.
