About the State-owned property of the Republic of Armenia
Proceeding from the principles of the Declaration "About Independence of Armenia", considering tendencies of economic transformations to the USSR and the Republic of Armenia, meaning need of creation of equal original conditions of economic independence for all republics, that the economic potential created in the territory of the republics is guarantee of their independence, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. The property of all state companies, associations, organizations and organizations which are in the territory of the Republic of Armenia is property of the Republic of Armenia.
2. Ownership, use and the order of property of the Republic of Armenia performs Council of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia.
3. Determine that in order question the state-owned property which is in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia in relations with state bodies of USSR generally proceeds from interests of approval of economic independence of the republic.
4. This Law becomes effective from the moment of acceptance.
