Within 6 months of the current year number of the regulating documents relating to streamlining of activities of court was reviewed, seminars and scientific occupations on different subjects with participation of specialists of the German technical society, University of Bremen, Russian academy are given; in Economic Right training center short-term educational seminars and practical training with the staff of courts of this orientation are given. All this is important factor of strengthening of activities of economic courts.

The number of actions for declaration from entrepreneurs, the business entities which arrived in economic courts in the first half of the current year increased by 10% in comparison with the same period of last year, i.e. 20027 statements arrived; the quantity of the recovered debts increased by 76% or 23 billion sum and made 53,4 of one billion sum; from the considered 1166 economic cases for benefit of subjects of small and medium business 2,8 of one billion sum is collected; on farms of agro-industrial complex in their advantage from 1753 cases 2,4 of one billion sum is compensated; for benefit of Dehkan and farms on 168 cases are compensated 104,9 of one million sum of debts and the caused loss.
