For the purpose of reduction in cost of synthetic detergents, increase in production efficiency:
1. Establish for a period of nine months rate of import customs duty zero (0) percent concerning the goods according to appendix imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
