4) "Real estate" - property which is inseparably attached to the earth as that: buildings, structures, apartments, property complexes (companies) or long-term plantings, and also another stipulated by the legislation property of the Republic of Armenia;
5) "Pledge of real estate (mortgage)" - pledge type when the pledged real estate or its part is left in ownership and use of the pledger or the third party;
6) "Personal estate" - the property which is not determined according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia as the real estate;
