According to item 4 of the Regulations on out-of-school educational institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2001 N 433 (with changes), for the purpose of improvement of quality of teaching and educational process and level of the organization of work of out-of-school educational institutions in art esthetically direction I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the center, the palace, the house, club of art creativity of children, youth and youth, art and esthetic creativity of student's youth, children's and youthful creativity, esthetic education which is applied.

2. To the Minister of Education and Science of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of departments of education and sciences of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in the field of which management there are out-of-school educational institutions:

2.1. Bring this order to permission of heads of out-of-school educational institutions.

2.2. Oblige heads of the relevant out-of-school educational institutions to make changes and additions to charters according to this Provision.

2.3. Take measures for preserving and development of network of out-of-school educational institutions, non-admission of their reshaping, reorganization and liquidation.

2.4. Promote creation of conditions for obtaining by pupils (pupils, listeners) of out-of-school education on art esthetically creativity taking into account specifics of activities of such institutions.
