1. Establish for 2010 admissible share of the foreign workers used by the business entities performing in the territory of the Russian Federation the following types of activity in the field of retail trade and in the field of sport provided by the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities:

a) retail trade by alcoholic beverages, including beer (code 52.25.1), - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

b) retail trade by pharmaceutical goods (code 52.31) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

c) retail trade in tents and in the markets (code 52.62) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

d) other retail trade out of shops (code 52.63) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) other activities in the field of sport (code 92.62) - in the amount of 25 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities.

2. To the business entities specified in Item 1 of this resolution to bring the number of the used foreign workers into accord with this resolution, being guided by requirements of the labor law of the Russian Federation.

3. Make to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation explanations on application of this resolution.
