In the presence of contradictions between this Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia governing the relations of real estate and related property the relation regulations of this Law are effective.
Provisions of this Law extend also to the parcels of land and (or) the attached property which are considered as components of real estate if other is not established by this Law.
