Pay to the employees of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation performing office activities in the territories of the Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and Chechen Republic, and also the employees of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation directed for accomplishment of tasks on law enforcement and law and order in the territories of the specified subjects of the Russian Federation, during the actual accomplishment of these tasks by them (further - employees of bodies of prosecutor's office) official pay rates (salaries) and surcharges for the class rank with increase for 50 percent.

Estimate and pay lump sum payments (including compensations and dismissal wage in case of dismissal), insurance sums and pensions, proceeding from official pay rates and surcharges for the class rank without their increase provided by this Item.

2. Set off to employees of bodies of prosecutor's office in length of service (working life) for award of pension:

a) one month of service (work) in the bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation operating in the territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation called in Item 1 of this Decree (the actual accomplishment of tasks on law enforcement and law and order in these territories), - in one and a half months;
