1. Establish total asset cost of credit institutions according to balance sheets on the last reporting date preceding date submission of the petition (further - the last balance) in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to merge or accession of credit institutions, in the amount of 24 billion rubles is required.

2. Establish asset cost on the last balance of credit institution, the share (share) and (or) assets (except for money) by which are brought as contribution to the authorized capital of the created commercial organization in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to creation of such commercial organization, in the amount of 24 billion rubles is required.

2(1). Establish asset cost on the last balance of credit institution in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to accession to it of the commercial organization (except for the financial organization), in the amount of 24 billion rubles is required.

3. Establish asset cost on the last balance of credit institution in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to implementation of transactions with shares (shares), assets of credit institution or the rights concerning credit institution, in the amount of 24 billion rubles is required.
