About approval of forms of certificates of adoption of the Declaration on the individual income tax and property

According to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the certificate of adoption of the Declaration on the individual income tax and property (form 230.00) (further - the Declaration):

1) in case of submission of the Declaration on paper according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) in case of submission of the Declaration in electronic form by means of system of acceptance of tax statements according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To bodies of Tax Service to provide issue of the reference in forms according to appendices 1, 2 to this order to persons which provided the Declaration.

3. To management of organizational support of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Imankulova A.) bring this order to the attention of tax departments on areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty, in the territory of special economic zones.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bayedilov K.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
