About some conditions of authorization of import or transit of guts of animal origin

According to Art. provisions 20, parts (1) the Art. 24, Art. 30 and 33 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 51-54, 153), with subsequent changes and amendments, for the purpose of reduction of the national legal system in compliance with provisions of the Decision of Council of the European Communities No. 2003/779/EU of October 31, 2003 about the conditions concerning health of animals and veterinary and sanitary certification when importing the guts of animal origin coming from the third countries (The official magazine of the European Union L 285 of November 1, 2003, p. 38-41), and also for safety of animal products and prevention of transfer of diseases from animals to the person the Government DECIDES:

1. To resolve the national agency on safety of foodstuff import of batches of the guts (goods item 050400000 according to the Combined commodity nomenclature approved by the Law No. 172 of July 25, 2014) accompanied with the veterinary sanitary certificate according to the sample provided in appendix No. 1 to this Resolution.
