1. Form the following territorial and subordinated subdivisions:

- based on Issyk-Kul-Narynskogo, Chui-Bishkek-Talasskogo, the Osh-Batken, Jalal-Abad interregional managements of environmental protection and the Jalal-Abad territorial administration of orekhoplodovy forest ecosystems of the State environmental protection agency and to forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

Chui-Bishkek, Talas, Issyk kul, Naryn, Jalal-Abad, Osh and Batken territorial administrations of environmental protection and development of forest ecosystems;

- based on local funds of conservation and development of forest industry of the State environmental protection agency and to forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

Issyk kul, Naryn, Chui-Bishkek, Talas, Osh, Batken and Jalal-Abad local funds of conservation and development of forest industry;

- based on Department of hunting supervision and regulation of number of hunting resources of the State environmental protection agency and to forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
