For the purpose of strengthening of the state support of the families raising children under 3 years I decide:
1. Pay the monthly allowance on child care aged up to 3 years granted according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 1992 "About public welfare payments to the families raising children" (Vedamasts? Vyarkho¸naga of Council Respubl? to? Belarus, 1992, No. 27, Art. 473; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 305, 2/1403), in the amount of 100 percent of the largest size of the budget of the subsistence minimum on average per capita approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for two last quarters.
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2010, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.
