In pursuance of Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2009 "About some questions of lease and free use by property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 518

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in free use of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, their parts under the obligations which are drawn up by the agreement on creation of workplaces.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2008 No. 365 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision to legal entities and physical persons in free use of the public, administrative and re-equiped production places under the obligations which are drawn up by the agreement on creation of workplaces" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 66, 5/27309).

3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
