About measures for the organization of budget process in 2010

Due to the rejection by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2010", according to Article 46 of the Budget code of Ukraine and for the purpose of ensuring stable functioning of budget system of Ukraine in 2010 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To the Ministry of Economics to specify the main forecast macroindicators of economic and social development of Ukraine for 2010 taking into account analysis results of condition of development of economy for 2009.

2. Based on the forecast macroindicators specified by the Ministry of Economics economic and social to development to the Ministry of Finance during preparation of the bill of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2010" to determine the income of the consolidated budget at the level 328, of 3 billion hryvnias, expenses of the consolidated budget - at the level 360, of 9 billion hryvnias.

3. To State Tax Administration, the State Customs Service, other executive bodies which exercise control of collection (collection) of payments in the government budget to provide monthly receipts in the budget in the amounts established by the Ministry of Finance according to indicators of the estimate of the government budget.

Provide to local public administrations monthly receipts in the relevant budgets in the amounts established by siyeta of local budgets for the corresponding period.
