1. Approve allowance Payment procedure for period of service to health and pharmaceutical workers of the state and utility institutions of health care which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010.

1. Action of this Procedure extends to health and pharmaceutical workers who work at the positions specified in Item 3 of this Procedure in any public and utility institutions, institutions, the organizations irrespective of subordination and which payment terms of work are determined in accordance with the terms of compensation of workers of the state and utility institutions of health care, except officials of the public sanitary epidemiological service of Ukraine.
2. The length-of-service allowance is established to health and pharmaceutical workers of the state and utility institutions of health care depending on length of service in the following size:
