Some questions of implementation of Article 186-1 of the Land code of Ukraine
According to Article 186-1 of the Land code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Standard regulations on the commission on consideration of the questions connected with approval of documentation on land management which is applied.
2. To provide to the state agency of land resources, the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing municipal services, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture, Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety, the State agency of forest resources, the State agency of water resources, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea participation of the representatives in work of the commissions on consideration of the questions connected with approval of documentation on land management (further - the commissions).
3. To the Kiev and Sevastopol city, district public administrations to approve structure of the commissions and regulations on them in two weeks.
Recommend to city councils of the cities of regional value to approve structure of the commissions and regulations on them in noted time.
4. Determine that before statement of structure of the commissions of the conclusion about approval of documentation on land management are provided by the bodies noted in part three to Article 186-1 of the Land code of Ukraine, in accordance with the established procedure.
