1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the register of the issued certificates of conformity and refusals in their issue which is applied.
2. Bring in the Procedure acceptance in operation completed by construction of facilities, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 N 923 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, N 80, Art. 2694; 2009, N 41, the Art. 1370), changes which are applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of maintaining the register of the issued certificates of conformity and refusals in their issue (further - the register) as single computer database.
2. The register is kept for the purpose of providing:
accounting of certificates of conformity and refusals in their issue;
opennesses, availability of information on the issued certificates of conformity and refusals in their issue.
3. Maintaining the register provides Gosarkhstroyinspektion.
4. Measures for creation, functioning and support of the software of the register, storage and protection of the database of the register, ensuring access to it of Gosarkhstroyinspektion and her territorial authorities (further - inspection) is performed by the administrator of the register which is determined by Minregionstroy among the companies, organizations and the organizations which treat the sphere of its management.
