About release into the stream of commerce of the State treasurer bills of exchange of the Republic of Tajikistan

3) to Ask National Bank of Tajikistan to act as depositary on servicing of the address, placement and repayment of releases of the State treasurer bills of exchange of the Republic of Tajikistan and to sign the relevant Agreement with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4) to impose Control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
To Declare 5) invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 3, 1998 No. 358 "About release into the stream of commerce of the State treasurer bills of exchange of the Republic of Tajikistan".
