1) This Procedure determines organization activity and foreign citizens by prevention and fire extinguishing.
2) This Procedure does not belong to the foreign organizations which according to articles 22 and 30 of the Vienna Convention on questions of diplomatic relations since 1961 have diplomatic immunity.
3) Check of fire-proof condition of the organizations having diplomatic immunity is carried out in case of their appeal to bodies of the State fire-proof supervision and is approved with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4) Check of fire-proof condition of other organizations and foreign citizens who do not have diplomatic immunity are performed according to the normative and legal acts existing in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
5) the Foreign citizens performing the activities on objects of foreign private legal property and the companies with foreign investments shall know requirements of the Laws and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan about fire safety and to carry out them.
