2) to Delay payment due date of debts to the budget for taxes, the Ministries of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan formed as of January 1, 2008 jurisdictional enterprises on the amount 33699, of 4 thousand somoni and Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" on the amount 6665, of 5 thousand somoni till January 1, 2015.

To Determine 3) that for the entire period of delay of payment due date of debts of farms on penalty fee taxes on them are not charged, and the penalty fee amount added on these debts since January 1, 2008 before adoption of this resolution is deferred till January 1, 2015.

4) to Oblige the Ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" and hlopkoseyushchy farms of the republic to provide receipt in the budget of current taxes in the terms established by the Tax code of the Republic of Tajikistan and delayed outstanding amounts in the budget from the date of their recovery.
