Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2004 No. 218 "About approval of Rules on import prohibition, and also productions, applications and realization in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of products, held for use and applications by the population, and also in economic activity" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 10, the Art. 118).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
