Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 5, 2004 No. 139 "About approval of Rules of implementation of restrictive actions, including quarantine, and the list of infectious diseases, in case of threat of origin and which distribution is entered restrictive actions, including quarantine" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 6, by the Art. 80).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
