Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 22, 2003 No. 1168 "About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control and ensuring sanitary protection of border and territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 44, the Art. 475).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
