About temporary monthly compensations on food to receivers of monthly allowances to the needy families having children

For the purpose of social support of the needy families having children in the conditions of increase in prices for food the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish since January 1, 2010 temporary monthly compensation payments in the amount of 40 som to monthly allowances to the needy families having children, appointed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic timely allocation from the republican budget of necessary financial resources for implementation of payments of temporary monthly compensations along with payment of monthly allowances to the needy families having children.

3. To the state agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform compensation payments along with payment of monthly allowances to the needy families having children for the corresponding month.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 29, 2008 No. 542 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About temporary measures of the state support of socially vulnerable segments of the population in connection with rise in food prices" of September 8, 2008.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
