Standards of disclosure of information by the organizations of utility complex

I. General provisions

1. This document establishes structure and procedure for disclosure of information by the organizations of utility complex (further - the regulated organizations).

2. Disclosure of information hereunder is understood as ensuring access to information of the unrestricted group of people irrespective of the purpose of receipt of the specified information.

3. The regulated organizations information reveals in the way:

a) publications in printing mass media in which according to the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation official materials of public authorities, and (or) are published in printing editions in which acts of the local government bodies extended in subjects of the Russian Federation and (or) municipalities in the territory of which the regulated organizations perform the activities (further - official printing publications) are published;
