To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till April 1, 2011 to the Government of the Russian Federation the approved offers on procedure since January 1, 2012 of budget investments in capital construction projects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation concerning which functions of builders are performed by the federal state unitary enterprises.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
