About rates of the state fee collected for the issued documents and the rendered some legal services to citizens of the Republic of Armenia, stateless persons and foreign citizens

For issue of mentioned below documents and the rendered legal services the state fee at the following rates is collected from citizens of the Republic of Armenia, stateless persons and foreign citizens:

a) for issue of passports of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia - in the amount of 10 percent of the minimum wage established in the republic;

b) for the residence permit issued to the persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Republic of Armenia - in the amount of 10 percent of the minimum wage established in the republic;

c) for issue of documents on the invitation to the Republic of Armenia foreign citizens and stateless persons - in the amount of 10 percent of the minimum wage established in the republic;

d) for accounting of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Armenia foreign citizens and stateless persons - in the amount of 5 percent of the minimum wage established in the republic;

e) for issue by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia certificates of addresses of accounting of citizens of the Republic of Armenia, foreign citizens and stateless persons - in the amount of 5 percent of the minimum wage established in the republic.

The specified amount is not levied for the references issued to citizens upon the demand of judicial bodies, law enforcement, financial and tax authorities;

e) for issue to foreign citizens and stateless persons of the document on residence and accounting in the Republic of Armenia - 30 US dollars or ruble equivalent of this amount;

g) for issue to foreign citizens and stateless persons of documents on temporary departure from the Republic of Armenia and about return to the Republic of Armenia - in the amount of 10 percent of the minimum wage established in the republic;
